摘要
从大连海域的繁茂膜海绵(Hymeniacidonperleve)中分离到一株具有抗稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthegrisea)活性的放线菌Hmp-S14菌株 ,对分离菌株的形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特征、细胞壁化学组分、16SrDNA序列进行了系统的研究。在系统发育树中 ,Hmp-S14菌株与Streptomycessetonii在同一分支中 ,二者序列相似性为98% ,结合形态、生理生化和细胞壁化学组分分析结果 ,将其鉴定为Streptomycessetonii。
One strain of actinomyce which was isolated from the marine sponge Hymeniacidon perleve in Dalian,showed inhibitory acˉtivity against Magnaporthe grisea.The morphology,cultural characteristics?physiological characteristics?chemical composition and16SrDNA sequence of the actinomyce were studied.In the phylogenetic tree Hmp-S14,Streptomyces setonii,Streptomyces caviscabies and Streptomyces acidiscabies were in the same group with98%sequence similarity.The results indicated that strain Hmp-S14was belong to Streptomyces setonii.
