摘要
对乙烯装置渣油泵机械密封频繁失效的原因进行分析 ,通过改进密封结构和选用合适的冲洗液取得了良好的密封效果。
In this paper, the causes on frequent failure of mechanical seals for the residual pumps in the ethylene plant were analyzed. By improving the structure of the mechanical seals and selecting the compatible flushing fluid, a good sealing effect was achieved.
