摘要
创新型人才的成长需要一定的文化环境,如舆论环境、教育环境、活动环境和设备环境等。目前校园文化环境中存在的实惠主义思想、唯书唯上的做法、文化设施建设滞后等现象对培养创新型人才有着不容忽视的消极影响。优化校园文化环境,培养创新型人才,必须从转变思想、强化政治教育和提倡丰富多彩的校园文化着手,才能逐步取得良好的效果。
The development of innovational talents needs certain cultural environments, such as public opinion, education, activities,and facilities, and so on. Nowadays there exist some opinions of gaining more material benefits and the phenomenon of bookishness on campus. The cultural facilities are developing slowly.All these all of these problems exert a negative influence on developing creative talents. Only by starting with changing our thoughts, strengthening political education and promoting the rich and colorful activities on campus can we gradually achieve good results in optimizing the cultural environment on campus and developing creative talents.
