摘要
创新型人才的培养呼唤与之相适应的校园文化。适应创新型人才培养需要,高校要坚持以校园精神凝聚校园文化,建立适应创新型人才个性发展的校园文化机制,加强校风建设,充分发挥教师与学生在校园文化建设中的互动作用,注重学术性并提升科学精神。
Colleges and universities assume the historic responsibility of cultivating high-quality innovative talents, which calls for corresponding campus culture. To meet this requirement, universities must try to set up campus culture mechanism adaptive to the individual development of innovative talents, bring into full play the interactive function of teachers and students and to attach importance to academic study and promote the spirit of science.
