摘要
人的全面发展是教育研究的一个永恒主题,是制定高等教育目的的基本依据。本文围绕21世纪人的全面发展的时代特征,提出高等教育在融合实现科学精神与人文精神、“以学生全面发展为本”、构建现代课程体系与教育教学模式、塑造大学校园精神等多方面的使命与挑战。
The comprehensive development of human resources stands as a permanent tenet of higher education and the starting point for formulating the educational objectives. This paper proposes that higher education in the 21st century is faced with manifold challenges and missions, which include the integration of scientific and humanity spirit, student-centered comprehensive educational principles, establishment of modem curriculum and pedagogy as well as the development of campus culture.
