摘要
近年来,城镇污水处理厂BOT项目呈现良好的发展势头。但由于它正处于起步阶段,项目运作程序和风险管理尚不成熟,失败的案例很多。为此,概述了采用BOT方式建设城镇污水处理厂的意义,并结合城镇污水处理厂自身特点,研究城镇污水处理厂BOT项目的具体运作程序,探讨了风险管理方法。
Urban wastewater treatment plant(UWTP)undertaken by BOT-type scheme has been developmented rapidly nowadays.However, it is still at the stage of beginning, the operation procedure and risk management are not well established yet, so there are many projects unsuccessful.Based on specific characteristics of UWTP,this paper summarizes the significance of urban wastewater treatment plant(UWTP)undertaken by BOT-type scheme,and explores the main operation procedure in details and risk management.
