摘要
目前国内污水处理项目价格调整方法没有充分起到对水资源供需关系的调控作用,为了对水资源供需关系进行科学调控,结合项目处理关系的动力费、当地在岗职工收入等因素,研究采用费用折算值法设计出污水、回水成本调价公式,构建城市供水、污水处理、管网配套、回水回用费用间合理的比价关系,以形成有效的环保价格激励机制。
Currently,the price adjustment method of wastewater treatment project couldn＇t play its full regulatory effect to the supply-demand relation of water resources domestically.The cost price adjustment formula of waste water and backwater is given based on the project power cost of handling relationship and the local worker＇s income and so on;then the reasonable relationship amany the urban water supply price,wastewater treatment,pipe network matching and backwater reused cost is designed by adopting cost conversion value method,which can form an effective incntive mechanism of environmental protection protection price.
