膝关节屈伸肌力矩、关节角度对下蹲跳高度影响程度的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过美国产 Biodex Ⅱ等速测力及康复系统对 16名业体校运动员和 15名中学生(对照组)进行膝关节的慢速(60度/秒)和快速(120度/秒)肌力测试,同时使用清华大学力学系电测应力分析室制造的三维测力台和测角器对他们进行下蹲跳高度、膝关节角度的测试,通过正交实验设计和 SPSS统计处理,发现影响业体校运动员下蹲跳高度的主要因素是膝关节最大速度角度,影响中学生(对照组)下蹲跳高度的主要因素是膝关节最大缓冲角度和膝关节慢伸肌力矩。 16 athletes of amateur sports school and 15 middle school students (control group)were test- ed by Biedex Ⅱ testing and rehabilitation system in muscular torque of knee joint at 600/s and 1200/s. They were tested CMJ height on the 3-D force platform and tested the angles of knee by clinometer which was made by ourselves. Through orthogonal experimental designing and deal with SPSS statis- tics. the results showed that the major factors of affecting CMJ height of spare time sports school ath- letes was the angles of maximum speed of knee joint, the major factors of CMJ height of high school students was the angles of maximum amortize and flexors muscular torque (600/s)of knee joint.
