中外优秀花样滑冰运动员难度跳跃动作的运动生物力学研究

摘要 花样滑冰跳跃动作过程可分为以下五个阶段:助滑、缓冲、起跳、腾空和落冰。采用三维录像DLT分析法,对参加世界花样滑冰大奖赛的我国运动员及世界优秀选手的跳跃动作进行了运动生物力学分析,得出运动员起跳后在垂直方向的腾空高度和速度、水平方向的速度、转体角速度、腾空时间、环节角度等运动学参数;肌电数据使用Noraxon 8通道无线遥测表面肌电测试仪进行采集并进行了科学的分析。本研究得出的结论认为,高质量的跳跃动作是助滑速度最快化、支撑腿肌力最大化和上下肢收紧展开最优化所组成的,助滑最快化是前提,肌力最大化是基础,肢体收展最优化是保障。 Jumps of the figure skating skil can be divided into the following five stages: slip, buffer, jump, fly, and ice. Using the three-dimensional DLT video analysis, this paper carries out the biomechanics analysis of the jumps of Chinese and the foreign athletes attending the world figure skating grand prix. The kinematical parameters of athletes in the vertical direction after the jump ,such as the height and suspension speed, speed of the horizontal direction, spin angular velocity, hang time, link angles are gained; The electrical data is collected by Noraxon 8 channel ireless remote sensing electric tester and scientificaly analyzed. This study concludes that high quality jumps consist of fastest slip, the maximum support leg muscle strength, the optimization of upper and lower limbs tightening on; slip the fastest is the premise, premise of maximum strength is the the base, the optimization of limb tightening on is the guarantee.
