摘要
振动传感技术是分析机械动力学的重要手段之一,结合光纤Bragg光栅(FBG-- Fiber Bragg Grating)传感系统的特点,提出了一种新型的光纤Bragg光栅振动传感器的设计,该传感器的新颖之处在于提出了一种用反馈电路实现的对光纤Bragg光栅反射波长移位进行自动跟踪的探测方法。该反馈电路用以驱动法布里-珀罗腔(F-P --Fabri-Perot)。利用当法布里-珀罗腔满足特定条件时其透射光可达到最强或最弱原理,建立了F-P腔解调系统模型。
The vibration sensing technology is one of the most important means to analyse the mechanics and dynamics. This paper combines the characteristic of Fiber Bragg Grating sensing system and put forward a design for a novel FBG vibration sensor which employs a feedback control circuit to automatic trace the shift of the FBG reflected wavelength. This feedback control circuit is used to drive the Fabri-Perot (F-P)cavity. When Fabry-Perot cavity meets given conditions, its transmitted light is the strongest or weakest, thus the model of cavity demodulation system is established.
