摘要
设计了一种基于可调法布里—珀罗(F-P)腔的气体体积分数测量方案:引入标准光栅作为参考,解决了F-P腔选频特性受温度影响的难题;利用谐波检测的方法提高了测量的灵敏度;可以用于多种气体体积分数的检测;最后,利用乙炔气体进行了实验验证,取得了较好的效果。
A scheme is designed to measure the gas volume fraction based on tunable Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavity. Standard grating as reference is imported to solve the problem that the characteristic of choosing frequency of F-P cavity is influenced by temperature; harmonic detection is used to improve the measuring sensitivity; volume fraction of different gases can be detected; lastly, an experiment with C2H2 is designed to validate the scheme,and has a good result.
