摘要
利用Fabry Perot腔的选频特性 ,考虑与光纤的低损耗窗口相一致和价格等因素 ,采用价廉的1 3μm波段的LED作为光源 ,实现了PZT对Fabry Perot腔的正弦调制。对甲烷气体浓度进行谐波检测 ,检测灵敏度可达 10× 10 - 6 。
With selection function of Fabry Perot cavity, in accordance with low loss window and price factor of optical fiber, a new approach of using cheap 1 3 μm LED to realize sinusoidal modulation of Fabry Perot cavity by PZT and implement harmonic detection of CH 4 concentration is described. Our experiment has shown that the detection sensitivity is 10 ppm. Compared with traditional detection methods, the detection sensitivity and reliability of CH 4 gas concentration by using this method have been greatly improved.
