摘要
本文研究了锻件生产过程中,氢的存在及运动规律。根据传热原理及扩散定律,借助计算机,计算了整个生产过程中,氢在5CrNiMo,5CrMnMo大型锻件中的浓度场及其变化规律。根据计算结果、退火原理、相变规律及内应力变化规律,确定了5CrNiMo,5CrMnMo锻件新的去氢退火工艺参数。新工艺大大缩短了原锻件去氢退火工艺保温时间。大量生产性试验结果表明:按新工艺退火的锻件质量合格,从而大幅度的节约了能源,提高了劳动生产率。
This paper deals with the srudy on exisrence and diffusion of hydrogen in the forg- ing during the process of manufacture. According to the principle of heat transfer and Fick's law, with the help of compurer, the hydrogen content field in forging and its varation with time were obtained. On the basis of the calculated results, the principle of annealing, the law of phase transform, the new technique of dehydrogenization were designed, therefore the time of annealing holding temperature was shortened in a lager scale. Industrial experinents show that the forging quailty is safe and reliable, so energy is saved by a wide margin and labor productivity si raised.
