摘要
在已知原料钢锭中氢含量的前提下,用理论分析和计算的方法对42CrMo行车轮的退火工艺进行了研究。生产试验验证的结果说明改进后的工艺是切实可行的,使用改进后的退火工艺可以显著降低能耗,缩短了热处理工艺的生产周期,提高了生产效率。
Under the precondition of known hydrogen content in the raw ingot, the annealing process for crane wheel made of 42CrMo has been researched by means of the theoretical method and calculation method. The result of which has been approved that the improved annealing process is feasible with which the energy consumption can be decreased remarkably, the production cycle of the heat treatment process shall be shortened, so that the productivity can be increased.
