摘要
在比较目前几种常用相位测量方法的基础上,提出了基于互相关原理的相位测量方法。该方法利用待测两路信号的通道中信号与噪声之间、噪声与噪声之间不存在相关性,通过求两通道中信号的互相关函数方法得到相位差的测量结果。并对该方法具有强大抗干扰能力进行了理论分析,全面阐述了基于互相关原理虚拟相位测量仪的实现过程。给出了对应硬件和基于LabView编写的核心软件构成,把该仪器同李萨如图法进行对比验证,通过比较它们的测量结果,说明该方法的测量结果正确可靠,达到预期的设计目的。
After comparing some methods of phase measurement,used correlation theory to realize phase measurement.Because of noises and noise-signal in two channels must exist unrelatable,the phase measurement can realization through computing correlation function.Great restraining disturbance was analysed from theory side.How to realize the instrument of phase measurement based on virtual instrument technology and correlation theory was narrated and reference hardware and core software based on LabView were shown.Moreover the instrument was run and checked through comparing the difference between the concerning measure and LSY measure,the conclusion shows that the design of phase measure based on virtual instrument technology and correlation theory is correct and achieves the design purpose.The outcome based on correlation theory to realize phase measurement is corrvectand reliable.
