摘要
研究在低浓度长期(40d)暴露条件下,不同形态铜(Cu2+及Cu_EDTA)对鲫鱼(Carassiusauratus)肝脏中谷胱甘肽的影响.结果表明:在实验剂量范围内,Cu2+对谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)在低浓度有轻微诱导,最终表现为抑制作用;Cu_EDTA对GR则始终表现为抑制.Cu2+对氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)含量的影响是:低浓度显著诱导,高浓度时抑制.Cu_EDTA则对GSSG是诱导作用,诱导程度随浓度增大而不同.Cu2+及Cu_EDTA对鱼体肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)产生激活作用,Cu2+对GSH的激活率相对高于Cu_EDTA处理.这表明不同形态的铜离子对鲫鱼肝脏谷胱甘肽的影响存在一定的差异.
This paper studied the effects of trace copper and its complex compound under long_term exposure on fish glutathione defense system, such as the activity of GR and the contents of GSSG and GSH. After 40-day exposure, it was found that the activity of GR increased at 0.005 mg Cu^(2+) /L, whereas the activity decreased when the concentration was over 0.01 mg Cu^(2+) /L. GR activities were inhibited by Cu_EDTA exposure. The contents of GSSG increased except by the 0.25 mg Cu^(2+) /L treatment, but the GSSG contents increased by Cu_EDTA treatment. Obvious increases of GSH content in the fish liver were found both in Cu^(2+) and Cu_EDTA solutions.
