摘要
文章主要采纳社会学理论中具有典型意义的功能论、符号互动论和冲突钟海青 论的理论观点探讨了高校教师在专业社会化中的地位、教师个体与高校制度处于怎样的关 社会学意义的高校教师专业发展 系状态以及这种关系状态是和谐抑或冲突等问题 ,从而得出高校教师专业社会化遵循着一定的目的或目标 ,并通过高校正式和非正式结构对专业成长发生作用 ,这些作用构成了教师专业化生活的背景或限制因素。教师受其制约 ,又是其中的一个能动因子。
The thesis makes a penetrating discussion about the status of university teachers in the professional socialization,the relationship between teacher individual and university system.The relationship is in harmony or conflict from the view of functional theory,symbolic interactional theory and conflict theory.Therefore,we obtain that the professional development of teachers follows a certain aim through the functions of formal and informal organization.The functions become some kinds of context or limitation.The teachers are restricted and play a dynamic role as well in the process of professional socialization.
