摘要
以福州地区大学城8所本科院校251名教师为对象,研究显示高校教师情绪劳动会因年龄、是否兼任行政职务而有不同感受并表现出不同程度的组织公民行为。高校教师情绪劳动与组织公民行为具有正相关并能有效预测其组织公民行为。建议从学校加强对教师的人文关怀以及教师主动提升自我情绪管理能力两个层面,引导高校教师展现组织公民行为,提升高校教育品质,追求卓越。
Based on 251 teachers from 8 universities in Fuzhou University City,the research shows that teachers'emotional labor will have different feelings and show different degrees of organizational citizenship behavior because of their age and whether they hold administrative posts.It is suggested that teachers should be guided to show the behavior of organizing citizens,improve the quality of education and pursue excellence from two aspects:humanistic care for teachers and teachers'ability of self-emotion management.
