图书馆领导干部要增强非权力性影响力 ,就应当从加强品德修养入手、努力拓宽知识面、不断提高工作能力 ,以自己的模范行为和情感去感染被领导者 ,从而实现其领导目标。
The leaders of library must enhance effect of inauthoritative.Then they should strengthen their moral characters,Widen the knowledge,and increasing capability of work.Then can get to their goals of lead with themselves' model action and influencial emotion.
