摘要
论文介绍了图书馆从功利到权利的发展,并对历年来研究成果进行归纳总结。阐述了图书馆权利和功利之间的关系,以及在处理两者关系上要把握的几个重点方面,不仅对于正确把握图书馆自由精神有重要的指导意义,而且有助于克服图书馆狭隘功利主义的迷惑。
This paper describes the library development from the material gain to right, summarizes the results of research over the years, and expounds the relationship between library rights and the utilitarian, as well as some important points which are necessary to grasp in dealing with the relationship between them It not only has very important significance for grasping the freedom spirit of the Library correctly, but also can help to clearing up the confusion of the narrow utilitarianism.
