摘要
通过试验研究了钒氮微合金化HRB4 0 0钢的生产新工艺。结果表明 ,采用该工艺生产HRB4 0 0热轧带肋钢筋 ,钒收得率高 ,钢的化学成分与力学性能稳定 ,生产成本降低 。
V N micro alloyed process, a new process for producing HRB 400 hot ribbed steel bar was experimentally studied.Results indicate that the new process is featured by its high yield of vanadium, consistency of chemical compositions and mechanical properties of the steel, low production cost and excellent economical efficiencies.
