摘要
在高强度螺纹钢HRB500EZT2钢上试验添加微氮合金,对试验钢的成分、低倍组织、金相组织和力学性能研究表明:含钒钢中每增加0.001%的氮,能够满足高强度螺纹钢HRB500E相关标准要求,可进行工业化批量生产。与未添加微氮合金原工艺相比,减少了硅锰合金0.9 kg/t,硅铁合金0.7 kg/t,钒氮合金.23 kg/t,吨钢成本节约了25元/t。
Micro nitrogen alloy was added to the high strength steel HRB500EZT2 steel.The study on the composition,microstructure,metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the test steel showed that an increase in the nitrogen content of vanadium containing steel by 0.001%could meet the standard requirements of high strength rebar HRB500E,and it could be produced in industrial mass production.It saved silicomanganese 0.9 kg/t,ferrosilicon 0.7 kg/t and VN alloy 0.23 kg/t compared with the original process.And the cost of per ton was decreased 25 yuan and created obvious economic profits.
