带状疱疹患者细胞免疫功能与血液流变学检测观察 被引量:29

摘要 目的 了解带状疱疹患者细胞免疫功能与血液流变学的变化。方法 采用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清可溶性白细胞介素 2受体 (sIL 2R) ,流式细胞仪测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3 + ,CD4+ ,CD8+ )及红细胞C3b受体花环 (RBC C3 bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环 (RBC ICR)试验 ,同时对患者进行血液流变学检测。结果 带状疱疹组sIL 2R明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,T淋巴细胞亚群CD3 + ,CD4+ ,CD8+ 与正常组比较明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,CD4+ /CD8+ 与正常组比较均降低 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;RBC C3bRR较正常组明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,RBC ICR与正常组比较明显增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血液流变学检测示患者血黏度增高。结论 带状疱疹患者存在细胞免疫功能亢进及紊乱及血黏度增高学。 Objective To study effect of rehabilitation in herpers zoster with cell immune function and hemorheological changes.Methods The levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptors (SIL-2R) were measured by ELISA T-lymplocyte subsets (CD_3 +,CD_4 +and CD_8 +) were also evaluated by flow cytometry (FCM).The red blood cell C_ 3b receptor rosette (RBC-C_ 3b RR),red blood cell immune complexs resstte (RBC-ICR) were measured,patient’s hemorheological changes were tested.Results Serum sIL-2R levels were significantly higher in Herpers zoster than normal subjects( P <0.01) CD_3 +,CD_4 +,CD_8 +were significantly lower in Herpers Zoster than normal subjects( P <0.01),CD_4 +/CD_8 + ratio were lower than in normal subjects ( P <0.05).RBC-C_ 3b RR were significantly increased( P <0.01) RBC-ICR were significantly increased( P <0.01).Hemoheological changes in plasma viscosity was increased.Conclusion Patient in Herpers zoster may be treated by immune regulation.To regulate cell immune function and decrese plasma viscosity attain rehabilitation.
