摘要
目的 :评价椎弓根螺钉系统与椎间融合器在治疗中央型腰椎间盘突出症合并隐性腰椎不稳定的手术疗效。方法 :对 2 1例中央型腰椎间盘突出症合并隐性腰椎不稳定患者采用椎弓根螺钉系统与椎间融合器 (cage)治疗。结果 :2 1例患者手术后临床疗效评价 ,优 14例 ,良 6例 ,融合区均骨性愈合 ,未见假关节形成和根性疼痛复发 ,椎间高度及复位程度无丢失。结论
Objective:To evaluate the operative results in cases of central type lumbar disc herniation and recessive lumbar segmental instability with fusion cage combined with transpedicular screw fixation Method:Twenty one cases with lumbar disc herniation and recessive lumbar segmental instability were treated with fusion cage combined with transpedicular screw fixation Result:All the cases were followed up from 1 to 3 years The clinical results in 21 cases were 14 cases excellent,6 cases good All the fusion regions achieved bony fusion without pseudoarthrosis formation and relapse of their radicular pain,with the height between lumbar vertebrae and reduction rate not decreased.Conclusion:It is an effective therapy method that fusion cage combined with transpedicular screw fixation in treatment of central type lumbar disc herniation and recessive lumbar segmental instability
