脊柱微创技术治疗腰椎管狭窄症的新进展

摘要 腰椎管狭窄(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS)症指各种原因引起的骨质或纤维组织增生、肥厚导致椎管或神经根管的矢状径变短,刺激或压迫神经根或马尾神经而引发的一系列临床症状。其主要临床特征为腰腿痛、间歇性跛行和症状重体征轻,以退变性狭窄最为常见,是老年人腰腿痛的常见原因之一。目前治疗方法较多,就其手术治疗来讲,传统手术治疗对脊柱稳定性的破坏已成现实,但随着现代医学技术水平的逐渐提高,脊柱微创技术诞生并不断发展,这对脊柱外科疾病,特别是腰椎管狭窄症的手术治疗提供了极大的帮助。为此,现我们对脊柱微创技术治疗LSS的进展加以综述。 Lumbar spinal stenosis(lumbar spinal stenosis,LSS) refers to various causes of osteoporosis,or fibrous tissue hyperplasia,hypertrophy leading spinal canal or neural Canal of the sagittal diameter of short,irritation or compression of nerve root or cauda equina nerve caused by a series of clinical symptoms.The main clinical characteristics for low back pain,intermittent claudication symptoms and signs of light,to degenerative stenosis is the most common,is one of the common causes of low back pain in the elderly.More current treatment methods,surgical treatment,destruction of the traditional surgical treatment on spinal stability has become a reality,but with the increasing skills of modern medicine,minimally invasive spinal technology and the continuing development of the birth,surgical diseases of the spine,especially the surgical treatment of lumbar spinal canal stenosis,with a great deal of help.To this end,the spine is now we review progress of minimally invasive technique in treatment of LSS.
