摘要
中小企业在我国及在世界各国的经济发展中都占据重要地位。目前,我国中小企业存在的问题主要是资金、人才的缺乏以及缺少政府政策倾斜,受到不公平待遇。借鉴西方各国发展中小企业的先进经验,我们需要在以下方面努力以促进中小企业的发展:改进《中小企业基本法》、建立中小企业法律体系和优化中小企业生存的外界环境。
At present,small and middle enterprises play an important part in economic's development both in China and abrord.Inour country,the main problems in small and middle enterprises is that it lacks capital,scarcity of talent and the government's policy decline and unfair treatment.After studying the advanced small and middle enterprises,we knou that we should take some action if we want to develop our country's small and middle enterprises.First improve the Basic Law fo Small and Middle Enterprise's.Second,establish a small and middle enterprises law system and refine it's existence entironment.
