摘要
根据三点弯曲法原理设计钢丝绳股绳张力测定传感器,通过微处理机检测多股钢丝绳张力大小,成功实现了钢丝绳股绳张力在线自动检测。现场试验结果表明:该检测系统工作性能稳定可靠。
On the basis of the principle of three points loading flexure, the sensor for inspecting wirerope tension is designed. The value of multi-wire rope tension is inspected by the singlechip microcomputer. On-line automatic inspection based on wire rope tension is realizedsuccessfully . The experimental results on the spot show that the inspection system is bothstable and reliable.
