摘要
卵巢早衰约有 1%的发生率。遗传因素是卵巢早衰的一个重要病因。卵巢早衰可能是一种潜在的多基因遗传病 ,与X染色体异常、X连锁基因突变。
The incidence of premature ovarian failure(POF) is about one percent in population. The genetic factor is an important cause of POF. POF may be a potential poly-genic hereditary disease, which is associated with X chromosome abnormalities, X-linked gene mutations and autosomal abnormalities.
