摘要
PSS/E是美国PTI公司推出的大型电力系统仿真计算软件。PSS/E为用户提供潮流、短路、动态模拟仿真(包括长过程稳定)、优化潮流、线性网络及小干扰信号分析等功能,支持超大规模网络计算,并提供IPLAN二次编程语言,由用户根据实际需要进行二次开发。上海交通大学和华东电力调度通信局在国内首次完成了PSS/E27软件的实用化开发,增加了交互式绘图功能及全中文、图形化的操作界面,实现了一系列高级故障分析功能,大大提高了分析计算的自动化程度。利用该系统,华东总调及"三省一市"正在建立220～500kV高压电网统一的系统参数、故障分析、整定计算、网络拓扑库、报表输出等计算分析平台。
PSS/E is a large power system simulation software developed by America Power Technology Inc. It is an integrated, interactive program for simulating, analyzing, and optimizing power system performance. It makes available to the user the advanced and proven methods in many technical areas, including: power flow, optimal power flow, balanced or unbalanced fault analysis, dynamic simulation, extended term dynamic simulation, open access and pricing, transfer limit analysis, and network reduction. It has ability to treat super large-scale network and provide IPLAN language with secondary development. Shanghai Jiaotong University and East China Electric Power Dispatching Center have developed the software package of PSS/E27 firstly in China, which is increased with interactive painting and visual Chinese operation interface, has implemented a series of functions to advanced fault analysis .Via this software, East China Electric Power Dispatch Center is developing calculation platform including system parameters, fault analysis, setting calculation network topological library and form report for 220～500 kV high voltage grid.
