摘要
目的 观察旋覆代赭汤对反流性食管炎的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法 采用不全幽门缝扎 +食管下括约肌切开术 ,造成大鼠酸性反流性食管炎动物模型。 5 4只大鼠随机分为 5组 ,予以不同治疗后 ,观察大鼠食管黏膜一氧化氮 (NO)浓度等指标。结果 ①中药组、西药组体质量增加值分别与安慰剂组比较显著增加 (P均 <0 .0 0 1)。②中药组、西药组肉眼观察积分分别与安慰剂组比较有非常显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 0 1)。③中药组、西药组病理形态学光镜检查积分与安慰剂组比较有非常显著性差异 (P均 <0 .0 0 1)。④中药组、西药组食管黏膜NO浓度与安慰剂组比较显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 旋覆代赭汤能改善模型大鼠食管黏膜的病理状况 ,其作用机制可能为 :降低模型大鼠食管黏膜NO浓度 ,减轻炎症反应 ,减少下食管括约肌松弛。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction (XDD) on reflux esophagitis and to discuss the action mechanism.Methods The rat models were made with ligating the pylori partly and lower esophagus sphincterotomy (LES). They were randomly divided into five groups and treated with different methods. Then their nitric oxide concentrations of esophageal mucosa were observed.Results ①The body mass increased values in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group and western medicine (WM) group were significantly different with that in placebo group (P<0.001).②The naked eye observing scores in TCM group and WM group were significantly different with that in placebo group (P<0.001).③The pathomorphology light microscope scores in TCM group and WM group were significantly different with that in placebo group (P<0.001).④The nitric oxide concentrations of esophageal mucosa in TCM group and WM group were significantly different with that in placebo group (P<0.05).Conclusion XDD can improve the esophageal mucosa pathology condition of rat models. The action mechanism maybe is that the nitric oxide concentration of esophageal mucosa of rat model is reduced, the inflammation reaction is lightened and the lower esophageal sphincter relaxation is reduced.
