摘要
目的:通过研究不同配伍条件下药液中钙离子(Ca2+)溶出量变化,探讨麻杏石甘汤的配伍规律。方法:采用EDTA直接滴定法测定麻杏石甘汤中各单味药物、不同配伍条件下和不同浸泡和煎煮时间药液中Ca2+含量。结果:各单味药物中均含钙,其中石膏含钙量最高,其次为麻黄和甘草,杏仁含钙量最低。当石膏与其它药物配伍合煎后,药液中Ca2+溶出量除石膏与甘草配伍略微增高外,其余各组均降低。各单味药和复方药液中Ca2+含量随浸泡时间延长而增加,随煎煮时间增加而先升高后降低。但复方实测药组液中Ca2+含量随煎煮时间延长而降低的较为缓慢,石膏和复方理论组药液中Ca2+含量下降迅速。结论:除石膏与甘草配伍能增加其Ca2+溶出量外,其余双味药味药、三味药和复方配伍均可降低石膏Ca2+溶出量。增加浸泡时间可使药液中Ca2+溶出量增高,增加煎煮时间并不能使药液中Ca2+含量持续升高,反而在达到峰值后随煎煮时间延长而降低。石膏与麻黄、杏仁、甘草复方配伍意义并不在于增加药液中Ca2+含量,而是可使药液中Ca2+含量保持在一个较为稳定的范围内。
Objective: To study the soluble calcium ion content of different compatibility of Maxing Shigan Decoction and to discuss the compatibility regularity of Maxing Shigan Decoction.Method The direct titration was used to study the soluble calcium ion content of each single herb about their different compatibility and different soaking and boiling time in Maxing Shigan Decoction.Result All of herbs in Maxing Shigan Decoction contain calcium.Gypsum has the highest content of calcium,followed by Ephedra and Licoroce,Almond had the lowest.The calcium ion content was decreased when Gypsum compatible with other herbs except Gypsum and Licorice compatibility group were slightly increased.The calcium ion content of gypsum and Maxing Shigan Decoction group was increased with extend time of soak,but was increased first and then decreased by extending the boiling time.Especially,in the group of Gypsum and Maxing Shigan Decoction theoretical value,the calcium ion content declined rapidly.Conclusion Except the content of calcium ion solubility with Gypsum and Licoroce group slightly increase,the other compatibility group content of calcium ion solubility all decreased.The content of calcium ion solubility will enable increased with extending the soaking times,The calcium ion content was increased first and then decreased when extending the boiling time.The Gypsum compatible with Ephedra,Licoroce and Almond will not to increase the calcium ion content,but can keep it in a stable rang.
