摘要 聚丙烯常见的晶型是α晶,在特殊加工条件下或加入β成核剂可形成β晶,β晶在热和力的作用下可以转变成α晶。α晶和β晶分别属于单斜晶系和准六方晶系,两者的球晶形态也明显不同,β晶的捆束状结构及球晶之间的相互联结使其具有较高的冲击性能。稀土类β成核剂WBG成核效率高、稳定性好,是一种优良的聚丙烯β成核剂。 PP normally forms α phase.β phase appears through special processing or nucleators and β phase is apt to transform to α phase under heat or force.The two phases are attributed to monoclinic and quasi-hexagonal lattice respectively.The spherulites in the two phases are also different and it makes the β phase higher in impact resistance.WBG,a kind of rare-earth-containing reagent,with high nucleating efficiency and stability,is a good crystalline phase modifier for PP.
