稀土β成核剂与熔体温度对iPP制品结构与韧性的影响

摘要 通过拉伸性能测试,考察了稀土类β成核剂和熔体温度对等规聚丙烯(iPP)注塑试样断裂韧性的影响,并用二维广角X射线衍射法(2D-WAXD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)对它们的微观结构进行了研究。结果表明:纯iPP和加入β成核剂的iPP试样的断裂韧性随着熔体温度的升高而增加;稀土β成核剂因其具有较强的异相成核作用,从而使材料的断裂韧性得到较大提高。 The effects of rare earth β nucleating agent and molten temperature on the fracture toughness of iPP was directed attention towards by the measurement of tensile property. The microstructure of the samples was performed by 2D-WAXD and DSC metheds. The results indicate that the fracture toughness of neat iPP and β-nucleated iPP increases dramatically with the increase of the molten temperature. The fracture toughness of iPP products is improved by the rare earth β nucleating agent which has strong heterogeneous nucleation effect.
