摘要
本文探讨了硅对铁素体球铁常温下机械性能与常温下冲击韧性的影响。为使拖拉机在-40℃气温下安全运行,提出了铁素体球铁终硅量的控制指标与相应的工艺措施。
The effect of silicon content on mechanical properties and on low temperature impact toughness of ferritic ductile iron was studied. The paper presents also maximun silicon content for ferritic ductile iron and some relevant technical measures to ensure the tractor running safely at —40℃ has been proposed.
