摘要
用正变试验研究了Si、Mn、P元素对铸态球铁的组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在常温条件下,Mn含量增加导致冲击性能的下降比P更为显著,但可使强度提高。而在低温(0~—40℃)条件下,P使冲击性能下降的作用比Mn更强烈。Si对性能的影响相对较小。
The effect of elements Mn.P and Si on the microstructure and properties of as-cast ductile iron was investigated by means of orthogonal test.The results have shown that Mn decreases the impact property more evidently than P does at atmospheric temperature, but it can increase the strength. While P decreases the impact property more remarkably than Mn does under the condition of low temperature (0~ - 40℃). The effect of Si is not so obvious
