摘要
本文介绍了为克服大断面球铁铸件由于冷却缓慢易产生石墨畸变,球数减少等各种铸造缺陷,采取了添加微量Sb,适量的Cu,Mo元素和控制适当低的碳当量等有效措施,试制成主轴径为φ260mm的W4D16和主轴径为φ170mm的W4D5.5的大型球铁曲轴,并铸态达到QT700-2性能要求。
For overcoming such defects of ductile iron casting with thick and large cross section as graphite distortion and the decrease in amount of spheroidal graphite as a result of slow cooling,the present paper introduces the various effective measures in trial-manufacturing the large crankshaft of ductile iron with its neckФ260(mm)(W4D16) andФ170mm(W4D5.5)by adding minimum amount of element Sb and adequate amount of element Cu and Mo and controlling moderately low carbon equivalent.Thus, its as-cast properties come to QT700-2.
