摘要
在99.995%银中添加0.005wt%sb和0.003wt%Mn制成99.99%纯银材,进行机械性能测试,当ε=90%~97%时,在25℃下,强度σ_1=380MPa,硬度Hv=106保持365天稳定不变,即在高纯银中存在极微量的锑和锰,使Ag在结晶过程中出现少量的纳米颗粒,能细化Ag的晶粒,晶柱多,晶界界面增大,变形抗力增大,起到强化和稳定机械性能的作用。
A 99.99% silver material was manufactured by adding 0.005wt% stibium and 0.33wt% manganese to 99.99% silver.The measured values of ab=380MPa,Hv=106 of the silver material when ε=90~97% maintained at 25℃for 365 days.Appearance of little nano-pellets in the 99.995% pure silver by adding trace micro stibium and manganese,the crystal of silver becomes finer,crystal interfaces grow langer and strength and hardness and other mechanical properties are improved and stabilized.
