摘要
简述了镁合金的应用,重点探讨镁合金在挤压、砂型铸造、压铸等成型加工时,容易产生的缺陷,并分析其产生原因、机理,结合拉伸和主要影响参数的试验规律,提出在其成型加工时,有效防止和消除缺陷的思路和措施。
This paper introduces the application of magnesium alloy?esp. focuses on studying the machining lacunas when the magnesium alloy is machined of extrusion,die-casting,sand casting,and analyses the reasons and mechanism.combined with stretch and rejecting parameters to provide measures settling and avoiding these lacunas when it is machined.
