摘要
介绍了MB15镁合金棒材和型材的挤压成形工艺,以及不同挤压成形工艺生产的棒材、型材的组织及性能情况。论述了一次和二次挤压成形工艺对镁合金棒材和型材的组织、性能的影响。认定了一次挤压成形工艺方法是消除镁合金材料粗晶缺陷、提高镁合金材料力学性能的有效工艺方法。
The paper introduces extrusion technology for forming MB15 magnesium alloy bar and section,and structure & property of the bar and section formed with different extrusion technologies. It deposits effect of the primary and secondary extrusions structure and property ot fhe magnesium alloy bar and section. It confirms that the primary extrusion method is effective for eliminating rough crystals and enhancing mechanical characteristics of the magnesium alloy.
