摘要
文章主要阐述了在市场经济体制下企业档案工作所面临的机遇与挑战。为此,企业档案工作在思想意识、管理模式、机构体制、法制管理等方面进行了改革,从而使企业档案工作更好地为企业服务。
The article mainly discusses that the enterprise archives work is faced with the opportunity and challenge under the market economy system. For this reason, enterprise archives work makes the reform in ideology, manage model, organization, legal management and so on. Thus, the enterprise archives work serves for enterprise better.
