摘要
目的:探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)在脑梗死的发病过程中所起的作用、临床意义及二者的相关性。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法对30例急性脑梗死患者在起病后第1,3,7,14天连续检测IL-6,TGF-β1浓度。结果:脑梗死组在病程1,3,7d3个时间点上血清IL-6水平犤(55.91±23.74),(10.33±1.61),(9.29±1.68)ng/L犦升高,与正常对照组(2.86±0.86)ng/L相比,差异有显著性意义(F=73,P<0.05)。TGF-β1水平减低,与正常对照组相比,差异有显著性意义(F=106,P<0.05)。至14d,血清IL-6(4.39±1.49)ng/L,TGF-β1(40.83±8.90)μg/L则均接近正常水平。脑梗死患者血清IL-6水平与梗死面积大小呈正相关(P<0.05),而血清TGF-β1水平与梗死面积大小无关(P>0.05)。神经功能受损程度与血清IL-6水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。而与TGF-β1水平无关(P>0.05)。IL-6水平与TGF-β1水平无明显相关性(r=0.289,P>0.05)。结论:IL-6,TGF-β1与脑梗死的病理生理过程密切相关。IL-6浓度测定对判断脑梗死的病情严重程度具有一定意义。
AIM:To investigate the role and clinical significance of interleukin-6(IL-6) and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) in the onset of acute cerebral in farction(ACI) and their relation. METHODS:Serum levels of IL-6 and TGF-β1 were serially measured by enzyme-l inked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) method in 30 patients with ACI. RESULTS:On days 1,3 and 7,the levels of IL-6 in the ACI group were increased significantly to(55.91±23.74),(10.33±1.61)and(9.29±1.68)ng/L, respectiv ely, as compared with those in the control group [(2.86±0.86) ng/L,F=73,P< 0.05 ],but the levels of TGF-β1 were decreased significantly(F=106,P< 0.05).Until t he 14th day,the levels of IL-6 and TGF-β1 were close to the normal levels,whi ch were(4.39±1.49)ng/L and(40.83±8.90)μg/L.In the ACI group,the IL-6 lev el was positively correlated with the infarct sizes(P< 0.05),but the level of TG F-β1 was not(P >0.05).The degree of neurological impairment was positively cor related with the level of IL-6(P< 0.05) rather than the level of TGF-β1 (P >0 .05). There was no remarkable correlation between the levels of IL-6 and TGF- β1(r=0.289,P >0.05). CONCLUSION:IL-6 and TGF-β1 have a close correlation with the pathophysiolog y of CI.Measurement of IL-6 level is of value to a certain extent in predicting the severity of the disease.
