本文通过对 ERP(企业资源计划 )概念特征的介绍 ,探讨了中国企业在导入 ERP时存在的问题。并指出组建高效的项目管理团队 ,正视 ERP推进中的起伏 ,选择合适的 ERP供应商 ,以及高层领导的坚决支持 ,是企业实施
Through introducing the concept and features of ERP,the paper studies the existing problems when ERP is introduced from outside into China's enterprises and points out the successful key factors of enterprises' implementing ERP are to form highly efficient project management team,to face the undulation in pushing ERP,to select suitable suppliers of ERP and to obtain resolute supports from the high-level leaders.
