摘要
企业资源计划(ERP)作为因特网环境下管理集成、资源集成的信息系统,其实施是一项高风险和高成本的工作。企业资源计划(ERP)在国内企业信息化建设工作中举足轻重,对钢铁企业ERP实施及其关键成功因素进行实证分析,具有非常重要的现实意义和应用价值。在国内外文献基础上,综述了 ERP实施中的若干问题。结合中国企业实际研究了ERP实施的关键成功因素,并探讨了这些成功因素的若干可能性和前景。
The implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) is a high-risk and high-cost task as the information system of management and resource integration under Internet setting. ERP holds the balance in internal enterprise's informationalization. It is very important and valuable to study the ERP implementation and its critical success factors in steel enterprise. Many issues about ERP implementation are reviewed based on many literatures. Contraposing domestic enterprises facts, the critical success factors for ERP implementation, and the feasibility and foreground of these success factors are discussed.
