摘要
从"西气"价格的重要性入手,在分析我国天然气价格现状的基础上,探讨了影响"西气"收费模式的因素、收费调整的目的、收费结构、收费模式,并贯穿着相应的风险分析及应对.然后在"西气"收费模式研究的基础上提出了3种"西气"定价策略:成本加成定价策略,净倒算定价策略和差别定价策略,着重分析了差别定价策略.最后给出了"西气"定价的未来市场取向及政策建议.
This paper begins from the importance of western natural gas price, and on the basis of analyzing the present conditions of natural gas in China, we explore the factors that will have influence on the charging mode of 'western natural gas', the aims of charging adjustment, the charging structure and charging modes. There are some analyses of risk, and also some strategies. Then we suggest three pricing strategies of 'western natural gas': cost-plus pricing strategy,netback pricing strategy, differentiation pricing strategy; and we recommend the differentiation pricing strategy. In the end, some suggestions are given on the 'western natural gas' pricing strategy in the future market.
