本文首先提出了环流,偏差,截的指示函数,然后研究了偏差与基本圈的指示函数之间关系,环流与截之间的关系和偏差与截之间的关系。
This paper first presents the indication functions ofcirculation flow,deviation and cut,and then studies the relatiomsbetween the indication functions of elementary circuit and cut,betweencirculation flow and cut,and between deviation and cut.
