近红外检查诊断乳房疾病的初步评价 被引量:3

THE SIGNIFICANCE OF INFRARED LIGHT SCANNING AND MAMMOGRAPHY IN EXAMINATION OF BREAST MASSES

摘要 对130例乳房肿块术前作近红外检查和钼靶X线摄影。经手术病理证实其中乳腺癌53例,良性乳房病变77例。近红外诊断精确率为92.31%,钼靶X线诊断精确率为77.69%,两种方法诊断一致时诊断精确率达95.4%(P<0.05)。近红外检查操作方便,对人体无伤害,是一种鉴别乳房肿块良恶性的新技术,对妇女乳腺普查有实用价值。 Patients with breast masses, including 53 breast cancers and 77 benign lesions,were examined by infrared light scanning (I. L. S.) of breast and mammographysince November, 1990 and all had been confirmed by pathological diagnosis. It wasshowed that the accuracy of diagnosis was 92.31% for I.L.S. and 77.69% for mammo-graphy (P<0.05) respectively and it was increased to 95.4% by using both of themethods. The sensitivity and the specificity were 94.3% and 90.9% for I.L.S., versus62.2% and 88.3% for mammography. I.L.S. of the breast has proven effective in thehands of trained personnel. With its convenience, and harmlessness to patient, theI.L.S. was considerate as a new valuable means in distinguishing the malignant fromthe benign lesions of the breast and useful in mobile survey for women.
