摘要
透照法经加用计算机技术并发挥近红外光的特点以来,在诊断乳腺疾病方面更具科学性。我院用该方法检查乳腺疾病300例,均经病理证实,并与触诊和钼靶X线摄影行双盲对比分析。结果表明,近红外扫描诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤的阳性符合率为88％,明显高于X线的71％(P<0.05)。但对直径≤2cm的恶性肿瘤诊断符合率为60％,尚待提高。在不同病理类型的乳腺恶性肿瘤中,恶性度越低,近红外影像的恶性特征越不典型。假阳性和假阴性均占12％。著者建议,该方法有一定实用价值,可作为检诊乳腺疾病,尤其乳腺癌的常规手段之一。
Transillumination has been improved in its usefulness in the diagnosis of breast diseases by the addi- tion of computerized infrared light scanning techniques. From October 1989 to August 1991,300 cases of breast diseases were examined by this technic. The results showed that both the diagnostic accuracy rates in 155 benign and 145 malig- nant lesions were 88%,the rate in malignant lesions was higher than that of mammography (71%) with statistical signif- icance(P<0. 05). In smaller malignant tumors with diameter≤2cm, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 60%. False-posi- tive and false-negative rates were both 12% in the whole group of patients. The authors suggest that this method could be used as one of the routine diagnostic techniques in breast diseases.
