摘要
本文论述了我国现实条件下民众的知情权的概念和现状,及知情权法律保护的必要性,分析了知情权在我国的法律缺失,并提出了保护知情权的法律对策。
In this thesis the author deals with the concept and status quo of the right to learn teh truth for the public and the necessity of offering legal protection, analyzes the legal default of right to learn the truth,and also proposes the legal measures fore legal protection.
