摘要
通过对基于事例推理技术和冲压模具设计过程的分析,应用系统相似性分析理论,提出了基于事例推理技术的冲压模具CAD系统的系统框架以及设计原理和实现方法.文中详细论述了模具服务对象和事例库中典型零件进行相似性匹配时相似系统以及相似元的选取问题,同时给出具体相似性分析方案,最后以实例说明了该模具CAD系统相似性的分析过程.
By analyzing the case-based reasoning technology and the design of stamping dies, the systems framework, the design theory and implementation approach of the stamping die CAD system, based on application of the theory of similarity analysis, are presented. With analyzing the similarity between new stamping part and typical stamping part in instance base, the problems of selecting similarity system and similarity element are discussed .Meanwhile, the method of similarity analysis is proposed in detail. At last, an example is given to illustrate the whole process.
