摘要
新闻舆论的监督作用越来越引起社会和公众的高度重视,所取得的实际效果也越来越明显。与此同时,各种媒体的新闻报道倾向对司法审判的公正性也或深或浅地产生影响,从新闻界内部来看,究其原因,主要包括记者自身的道德修养、角色定位及新闻"商业化"的趋势等方面的因素。维护司法独立和公正,仍需新闻界和法律界共同的不懈努力。
The society and the public pay much more attention to the supervision of public opinion, which takes outstanding effect.At the same time, judical justice influenced by the tendency to news reports of various media.As far as the press is concerned,it includes journalists' moral accomplishment,role orientation and such factors as the trend to the news commercialization.For the sake of independence and judical justice,it requires the press and law circles to try hard together.
